Hi, sav! I’ve been reading lots of post along here, and a lot of people suggest to wait until the bleeding has at least stopped. I had a miscarriage on the 9th April at 8/9 weeks. And the bleeding stopped roughly 14th. They say you’re most likely more fertile 2 weeks after the miscarriage: sorry I’m not much help tho! Just got to do what best for you, and when you’re ready!

I've had multiple losses. There is no medical reason to wait once the bleeding has stopped, but I would always wait until after my first period to try again. My cycles are always messed up afterwards and I find it too stressful trying to work out when I'm likely to ovulate. But the last two times my HCG went down very slowly and I think I ovulated with HCG still in my system so OPKs wouldn't work and my temperatures were all over the place.

Started the month after, and it took 5 months to get pregnant

I was told to wait three months I think, I can't remember how long I waited but I was definitely in the second or third trimester on the due date of the baby I miscarried.

I'm sorry for your loss 🌸
