Hi! I’m quite young and found out I’m pregnant been for an early scan 2 weeks ago and was 6 weeks so now 8 weeks. This is my first pregnancy and feel so worried constantly! I’ve still been smoking but only one a day and hoping to stop that this week, (I know it’s bad been stressed!!) now I feel although all symptoms I have had have started to go breast tenderness and nausea? With Coronavirus can’t go for a scan is the loss of symptoms around 8 weeks normal? Has anyone else had this and baby been fine? Many thanks! :)

They are still doing scans at the EPU (Early Pregnancy clinic) I believe depending on symptoms so may be worth speaking with your GP. I’m afraid sometimes the loss of symptoms can be a sign that things aren’t progressing how they should be (although nausea can come and go!) but please please try not to worry until you have been checked out. In the meantime, I would completely stop the smoking however stressed you are...even one a day isn’t good at all for baby’s health and that needs to come first! Sending a hug and good luck Flowers
