Some advice would be much appreciated. I had a normal period last month. My last period was on the 21st January. This month I've been spotting throughout my cycle with some days break in between spotting. I've not had a full on period this month. I am late. I've been feeling sick, headache, and sensitive to food smells etc so on the off chance decided to do a test. It was positive but I've been spotting ever since that positive test so I've repeated the pregnancy tests and now they are coming back negative so I've obviously lost the pregnancy but I'm only getting spotting and no actual heavy bleeding. I was probably 4 weeks at the most. Anyone have any advice they could offer
I'll put a pic of the first pregnancy test I took, the ones that followed this were negative
