So im 7weeks and 3 days pregnant and lastnight i had these really bad cramps like period cramps and a real sore lower back ache type pain. I felt something coming out of my hooha went to pee and bright red blood came out and wiped and there was some on the paper and a tiny blood clot. I cried so much cos i didnt know what to do. Im 19 my family doesnt know and my partner was at work and wasnt answering his phone so I couldnt ask anyone to take me to the doctors so I just had to sleep it off and distract myself with research. All day today i havent had bad cramps like that touch wood I dont ever again besides labour pains lol however im still cramping a bit and now the blood isnt blood its a brown discharge and there isnt alot and sometimes theres little string bits in it. I have my ultrasound next Wednesday and have to wait for that to see what is up. Im so scared. Could there be a happy ending???

I had a huge bleed at 12-13 weeks and the baby was fine.
Are you able to contact your maternity unit today and see what they advise? Fingers crossed for you Smile

I had light bleeding quite a bit in T1. A few weird cramping episodes and convinced myself of an ectopic or impending miscarriage at several points. Everything was fine though, really hope that’s the case for u too x

Just to add when I was in labour got chatting with midwife she said brown blood is common in early pregnancy, it’s the body getting rid of old blood. If red and or heavy definitely worth getting checked ASAP tho.🤞 too x

I think you might be able to get an earlier scan if you ring your doctor?
