Too easy medical miscarriage- positive stories?

I’m starting to worry my medical miscarriage has been too easy and can it be it has worked properly. Yesterday I got two cytotec tablets in the morning and within three hours light spotting begun. I started pain medicating with generous amounts of paracetamol as soon as I had taken the cytotec and never needed the stronger painkillers prescribed by the doctor. The bleeding turned heavy quite soon and was definitely passing some bigger lumps too. TMI, few fell on the bathroom floor and I thought it might have been the empty sac (blighted ovum). I was using my DSs nappy in the evening as night pads weren’t really enough. But nothing like I’ve read here about sitting on the loo for hours just bleeding. Towards the night the bleeding already lessened and over night it was like light period anymore. I was wearing a nappy and two panties with a night pad in, plus sleeping on a towel in anticipation of waking soaked with blood!
Surely it couldn’t have been this easy? I had an earlier spontaneous miscarriage where I bled for longer, I think 2-3 days like very very heavy period.
Anyone experienced similar? Was your miscarriage complete nevertheless?

Just an update here in case it helps someone else. Yes, my medical miscarriage indeed was too easy initially. Now almost few weeks later I started bleeding a lot again, and cramping. This bleeding now is how I expected it to be! Hpt was yesterday still strong positive but perhaps now the situation resolves itself.
