Can I use a tampon? End of miscarriage

Hello all. I started light bleeding Monday night, heaviest on Tuesday, some on Wednesday, and it's been lighter since. My lovely friend has booked a spa/massage for me tomorrow and I obviously don't want to wear a towel. Will a tampon be ok? It's very light now.

I dont think the EPU would recommend you wearing a tampon on a miscarriage bleed. Every one ive had, ive always been strictly advised not too. So regardless of the flow, i probably wouldnt.
