When to take Cyclogest in a natural cycle?

Hi everyone, I recently had my 3rd miscarriage this year. After the second I was told to take cyclogest as soon as I got a BFP so I did and unfortunately it didn’t work out. Having now done some more research, lots of women seem to be told to take it a few days after ovulation. Did I take it too late? Does anyone know anything about this? Any advice would be gratefully received.

Many thanks xx

I tried it to prevent a natural conception miscarriage and my ivf clinic provided it - as it was natural and in-between ivf cycles I didn't start until I got a BFP and unfortunately I did miscarry - during IVF transfers I take it from day of ovulation so it might be worth having a supply of it to start earlier next time?

@itwasalovelydreamwhileitlasted thank you so much. Yes I think I’ll try it earlier this cycle and see what happens. Fingers crossed.
