Iv had two miscarriages this year. Yet to have any children. I'm thinking of trying again this month.
Has anyone got any positive stories who maybe had two miscarriages and went onto having a positive healthy pregnancy.
Feeling very anxious :(

Hi, I know a lady who tried for over a decade for a baby and ended up having many miscarriages. She also tried IVF which failed as well. She gave up when she was around 40 years old but soon found herself pregnant. She gave birth to a healthy baby.

Another woman I know had 2 miscarriages and a stillbirth but went on to have 3 healthy babies

Sorry for your losses Flowers wishing you luck for the future

Sorry to hear about your losses. It's really tough going through multiple miscarriages.

I had three miscarriages in under a year but got pregnant again a few months after my third miscarriage and had a healthy baby boy 10 weeks ago. I didn't do anything differently with my successful pregnancy.

It is an anxious time trying again, and pregnancy after miscarriage is hard as so much of the enjoyment is stripped away when you know what can go wrong. Sending you positive thoughts.

I had two and then my third was successful so hopefully gives you hope. All 3 pregnancies were in the same year. The doctors maintain it's just bad luck (even though I've had another since my lo). Good luck!

Just wanted to offer sympathy and solidarity op as I’ve just had my 2nd miscarriage and it’s really shit.

I had 5 confirmed + 1 very early where I didn't test but was sure I was pregnant.

We were on our last attempt after which I said I couldn't face it anymore.

DS will be 12 in January - don't give up hope Smile

I'm sorry for your losses. It's so tough. I had a DD then had 2 MC before having another DD in my early 40s.

Sorry for your losses it's an awful thing to have to go through!
I had 2 mc's- one last July then another this January. I got pregnant the 3rd time before I had a period after the 2nd mc and am (impatiently) awaiting the arrival of our baby boy who was due yesterday!
Lots of luck xx

Whilst having one miscarriage is fairly common (I believe the statistic is 1in 4) recurrent miscarriage isn't as common however after each miscarriage the odds of having another one sadly do increase

(I had 1 mc then DC1 but then 4 mc and 2 ectopics afterwards)
