Hi all. I had an ectopic pregnancy which I had to have surgery for but that failed, so had to get methotrexate instead. Apart from spotting brown discharge, I've had absolutely no vaginal bleeding whatsoever. My levels have been dropping like crazy though, went from 2600 right down to 300 in a week, then down to 50 the last time they checked which was last week (I am going to get my next betas done on Friday). But I remember now a week ago, I did have pain in my right side so whether that was ovulation or not.. no idea! Never had it before. Is it possible to ovulate and then bleed while there's a little amount of hcg in your system or is it just hormonal? I don't know whether to class this as my period or not?
