Hi i'm only 4 weeks+5 and have had abdominal pains mainly at night and bloating and very tender breasts.
Yesterday i woke up and breast soreness has disappeared and don't feel pregnant at all.
I recently miscarried in June with my first pregnancy after being told i have fertility issues for years.
I'm now panicking this one is going the same way! I know it's too early to scan. This pregnancy felt different to the last but last time i lost all symptoms then lost the baby.
Any advice would be welcome!
