Tomorrow would have been my half way day

I had a conversation with my sister when I was 6 weeks pregnant and remember she mentioned half way day and it stuck in my mind. Tomorrow would now have been 20 weeks for me and I'm feeling really upset about it. I just can't help but cry everyday about what we've lost 😔.
