Could I be pregnant 3 weeks after birth?

On this day 3 weeks ago I lost my son due to him being born 22 weeks premature. My Lochia bleeding continued lightly but with red clots until 2 days ago when it completely stopped the next day after my partner & I had unprotected sex .. Has anyone else had this happen or got pregnant again so soon after ?

You normally need to start contraception by day 21 to be protected after birth/ miscarriage, etc. It's probably unlikely

Thanks :) tbh I’m just so pleased to have this bleeding gone & body back to some kind of normal we are planning another baby next year but ideally want to enjoy the rest of the year & let my body recover obviously if I was I would be happy about it but if not I won’t be upset either due to have a coil put in July we did plan on using condoms till then but got caught in the moment lol so responsible I know 😂
