So everything I'd read said bleeding for up to 3 weeks.
At 5.4 I had cramps and a tiny barely could see spotting for 2 days.
At 5.6 out the blue it came heavy, tissue an
clots

Was never sent for scan or anything. Just told to test end of week at home and tonlook out for any warning signs of Infection and ectopic. But told on phone not Much can do. Which I understand
Started to get head aorund it and the bleeding just stopped after days. Literally only a few dots.
Naturally got my hopes up and did a few tests. The cheapie that had a strong positive 2 weeks ago was barely noticeable. To the point it hardly showed in photos.
Did a standard CB and was negative.
I'm confused as expected it to draag out a bit. But on the other hand if its done with I can Try add accept and move on.

So sorry for what you are going through. I am sort of in the same boat as you. I found out I was pregnant at 4.4 and a couple of days later I started bleeding and got a bit heavier with some clots so assumed the worst and assumed it was an M\C ( no cramps or pain) I only bleed for 4 days ( 3 of those were light) and now I have started to get all the symptoms back again and feel exactly the same as I did before. All the health care professionals have said it was too early to scan me and just to play it by era but I thought it would drag a bit.

Yes that can be normal, I had mc at 6 weeks which was not much worse than a heavy period. In contrast, the one I had at 9 weeks rumbled on for 4 weeks and next period was also weird and big clots. Hope you are doing ok Flowers

I've had several miscarriages ranging from 5 weeks to 12 weeks pregnancy - the one at 5 weeks was over very quick - just a day or so of heavy bleeding. Obviously the one at 12 weeks took much longer

It's good that you've stopped bleeding so quickly as means your body can start to heal itself - a friend of mine took weeks to stop bleeding and it just prolonged the agony as it was a constant reminder and there were worries that she had retained products which would have meant an operation x
