May be going through my first miscarriage or might be a late period

I haven't had my period for 2 weeks and never took a pregnancy test. I started having pregnancy symptoms like tender breasts and nausea, then today i started bleeding. Not heavily but bright red blood and no clots or tissue. I still feel nauseous. Am i experiencing a miscarriage or a late period?

It's impossible to say without a pregnancy test, do you mean you are 2 weeks late? The pregnancy hormone doesn't tend to disappear straight away with a miscarriage, can you take a test today?

Yes I am 2 weeks late. I am not able to take a test until next week unfortunately but i don't think it was a miscarriage i was experiencing
