First period since mc in October and don’t think I’m ovulating?

I had a miscarriage 9th of October had prelonged bleeding, 9th of December I had a scan and they said I had stuff left from the miscarriage but should come out when I have my first period, first period was 24th of December and I’ve been doing ovulation sticks since my period ended, and there all negative. I don’t seem to be ovulating is this normal? I’m so confused

I'm so sorry for your loss, I don't have any advice for you, you should go to your gp for the best advice, I also had my mc on the 9th october however I have ovulated since so the only advice I can give you is to get checked out xx
