I was told today there was no heartbeat but got to go back in a week for another scan just wondering have anyone gone back and seen a heartbeat? I've had no pain or much bleeding but I'm meant to be about 8 weeks and only measuring 6

Sorry you're going through this. I had heavy bleeding at 8 weeks. They had a look and said I've miscarried and kept me in. They did an internal scan in the morning and they found a heart beat. They couldn't figure out where the blood was coming from. My daughter is 7 now. Hope everything goes well for you. Hugs

@craftqueen I haven't had much bleeding at all just once when I wiped, no pains but she said there was no blood flow around the sac and that it's 10mm and they should see a heartbeat by now, I'm so devastated I just want my baby I'm just hoping they find a heartbeat but I know that's unlikely that's for replying xx

When I went for my 12 week scan I was told no heartbeat but that I could have my dates wrong and to come back in a week to check. In that week I researched lots and found there were a number of cases where women have ovulated much later than usual and so we're showing with no heartbeat and small for their believe gestation but all was actually fine. In my case unfortunately it was a missed miscarriage. Most cases like this are. Don't lose hope but try to not get your hopes up too much as I did and it was all the more devastating to have waited a week convincing myself it could be a mistake and wasn't. I really hope the best for you Flowers

Hugs OP.

Hopefully your dates are wrong. Try and keep busy until you go again Cos it just consumes your mind all the time.
