Light bleeding past 2 nights but early scan showing heartbeat.

Hi,

I am looking for some advice. This is my first pregnancy and im currently 7+4 weeks.

For the last 2 nights iv had really light bleeding. The first night i went to a&e and they took my blood and said it could be the start of a miscarrige but booked me in for an early scan yesterday.

My scan shown the baby was in the correct place and had a heartbeat and everything was ok.

Now iv had slight bleeding for a second night and im really worried that something is going wrong as i also have some pain like period pains.

Has anyone experienced similar?

Yes! Both of my pregnancies at around 8 weeks. Spotting for about 4 days, some abdominal pain then it all stopped.

Hope it all turns out well for you. I won’t tell you not to worry because that’s pointless but I hope you’re okay.

Sorry, just to clarify the bleeding stopped. Not the pregnancy. DC1 is currently making brownies in the kitchen so it all turned out well.
