Hi,
I have a question to those of you who have had an ectopic pregnancy: how did it progress / how did you know?
I think I might be having one, but the doctor can't see me before Monday and I am not having enough pain to go to the emergency unit.
Why I think I have one (warning, some graphic descriptions included): I believe I have felt implantation, but was in more pain than usual. Then I got my periods. They were not like other periods though, more watery, but they lasted for about 5 days and were 'right on time' (So I doubt it would have been implantation bleeding). Since previous cycle was a miscarriage I first assumed that the watery bleed was a normal 'after miscarriage' period. But then I started to have pain a few days ago, and the pain hasn't gone away. Mainly on the left, sometimes in the middle and by exception on the right. A few days ago - while having my periods - I started to feel slighly nauseous. I also threw up this morning. I took another pregnancy test but it still came back negative. The pain is not severe, but the nausea is present throughout the day (and I am still constipated which is unusual for me after my periods - the periods are usually a relief for my bowels).
I also feel very pregnant - similar to my first (successful) pregnancy. During the past 2 miscarriages I haven't felt like this at all. I have been put on progesterone pills, but stopped taking those about 7 days ago (due to negative pregnancy test). Could this still be caused by those pills? Or is it possible that I am imagining it all just to cope with the losses and the failed ttc cycle?
Any input is appreciated
