Surgical management of miscarriage followed by lower back pain. Is this normal?

I had a miscarriage at 11weeks followed by surgical management under local anaesthetic.

The procedure was 10 days ago and recovery was quite standard.

However I've still got persistent lower back pain, a constant dull ache which is requiring painkillers and heat pads to relieve. Normally things like this come and go but this is EVERY day and it's starting to frustrate me.

I'm wondering if it's related to the procedure or just coincidental (I'm a desk worker and obviously been quite stressed/emotional recently). Has anyone had a similar experience?

I’ve had similar, although not bad enough to need any painkillers. I had an mva with local anaesthetic (was 11 weeks, but development had stopped around 6 weeks). Weirdly I had no bleeding at all afterwards, but just started bleeding again yesterday, one week on.
