8+6 and boobs have overnight stopped hurting?

I am on 3rd pregnancy in 10 months so super nervous, pregnancy symptoms seemed normal (for me), feel sick, frequent weeing, feeling cold and sore boobs, however the boobs feels like they have completely returned to normal over night, I got up at around 3am for a wee and I noticed straight away that they weren't sore. Is this a bad sign?

I had a scan last week and the baby was measuring roughly a week behind but I ovulate late and my cycle is often 2-3 days longer than the standard 28 so I was hoping that this would explain the size difference, I have another scan next week to measure again.
