My third miscarriage started today. This fucking sucks! I'm gutted, and frustrated. Pizza is on the way. Anybody else in the doldrums tonight?

God yes! I'm on miscarriage number 4... it doesn't get any easier. Best friend had second baby this week, had another pregnancy announcement today... bloody Kate all over the news... when is it going to be my turn?!

I'm so sorry, it's totally shit.
I've had 3 early miscarriages and one late term and it's one of worst things I've been through.

On a practical note:
If you've had 3 you should be referred for tests to see if there's a root cause. For testing and subsequent pregnancy care I can recommend the Tommy's rainbow clinics (Manchester, London & Edinburgh) and also there's a miscarriage research centre at Birmingham.

There's a load of things they can try to sustain pregnancy (aspirin, metformin, heparin, hcg injections, progesterone, etc).

Please don't give up hope.

I've had an early loss this week...typically it happens in the week when my cousin and a work colleague give birth and 2 people I know announce pregnancies too...
