Update: been admitted to a ward. Bloods been taken a couple of times and my hormone levels haven't gone down and they're not happy with my pain level.

Got a phone call last night asking me to go back today asap because the consultant wasn't happy.

2 arguments, a blood test and scan later, the dickhead tells me it was eptopic (which I'd asked about last week) and that it's finally passed naturally and I'm lucky.
