I need some advice because I don't know where to turn on this issue.
A friend of mine was expecting a baby girl with his partner at the time. They split during the pregnancy but he was driving her somewhere and rear-ended the car in front. Shortly after she miscarried the baby.
She has told him that the baby was lost due to the bump in the car. She has refused to tell him about any funeral or memorial service for his daughter and he has no idea where she is buried.
What rights does he have to be able to visit her grave and how can he find out where she is buried?
Please help as his heart is breaking and he is in such desperate need to be able to say goodbye to his baby
