Sore boobs disappeared / watery discharge

Hello, I had a miscarriage previous to this pregnancy ( I am 5 weeks along) and have noticed by boobs aren't as sore any more and I've got a lot of watery discharge , I'm terrified that it's going to result in another m/c as this is what happened before my last one? Could this just be a coincidence / has anyone had similar experiences and gone on to have a healthy baby? Thank you!

Is the discharge clear?
When I miscarried it was like dirty pond water initially before the bleeding. I think sore boobs come and go. 5 weeks is early for symptoms anyway. Have you taken another pregnancy test?

Thanks for your reply. Yeah it's clear , however I had lots before my last miscarriage and then it turned to blood so I didn't know if the discharge was the sign or if it was just a coincidence. I took one yesterday however today I've had more discharge. Good to hear about the boobs though!

@Dani00 how did your pregnancy progress? Having similar symptoms atm
