When did you ovulate and get first period after miscarriage?

Just wondering when you first ovulated and also when you had your first period following miscarriage?

I'm currently 9 days post my d&c.

I wonder if I should try something like Angus castus too. As this MC has drained me, with the others I felt like I got back to normal fairly quickly but this time I just feel drained and all over the place hormonally.

I think we will begin trying once my period comes back. With my second MC I actually conceived my daughter straightaway, I got my bfp 4 weeks after the MC but it was a natural MC and my body seemed to get back to normal quickly. So part of me feels like we should start ttc now just in case we get lucky again, but at the same time I don't think I'm ready and and anyway I'm still getting faint positive preg tests and spotting every few days. How about you hope? Do you think you will wait a bit?
