I have severe back pain that has been going on for 3 days. My last mc was pretty insigificant (it was a missed miscarriage)and im currently about four weeks. Would it be this painful?

Hi, I dont know if it helps but I had two mc before I had my dd, the first was a missed mc at 10 weeks, the second was natural at 7 weeks. I just had intermittant spotting with the first and cramping and bleeding which got progressively heavier with clots with the second.

I also had a small amount of bleeding at 8 weeks with my dd and was convinced I was having another mc but everything was fine so there is hope.

My first miscarriage in september was at 5 weeks and there was no pain just bleeding. This recent miscarriage was at 8 weeks and has been completely diffrent. I had what was like minor menstral cramps and light bleeding which gradually turned into contractions and very heavy hemoraging and am still bleeding although I have been discharged.
