passed a fibrous clot today, 2 weeks after MC @ 9 weeks?

I miscarried on 12 June when I was 9 weeks pg. Had v heavy bleeding on days 1 and 2 and passed fetus and sack intact. Was scanned at EPAU on 16 June and only a small amount of tissue was seen left inside. I chose conservative management. I'm due back for another scan there early next week. I've been bleeding since ( red, stringy blood) and the last few days it's been just spotting and is now brown. Only panty liners needed. But today I wiped after the loo and there was a big fibrous clot that came out. Is this normal at this point?

Hi. I have no idea if there is a "normal" but I also had a MMC at 9 weeks and had medical management. My bleeding tailed off over about 10 days or so and towards the end it was light without any "content", if that makes sense. It's good you have a scan next week which will hopefully give you the all clear (whatever that means) or (hopefully not) address any problems with retained tissue or whatever. Sorry not much help, hope your scan goes well.
