Wythenshawe or St Mary's hospital after late pregnancy loss?

Hi - I had a late miscarriage (23 weeks) last year and next time would like to do as much as possible to make sure it doesn't happen again. Some of the options relevant to my situation that I've read about include:

  • cervix scans
  • progesterone
  • cervical stitch

Unfortunately my previous consultant (who also mentioned these options to me) has now left the hospital, so I'm starting to wonder where it would be best for me to go to ensure that these options are at the very least considered, if not offered. The thought of having to argue for treatment makes me feel ill.

I realistically have the choice of two hospitals in manchester - st Mary's and wythenshawe. Does anyone have experience of either in similar circumstances?

I've recently moved to St Mary's and they've been amazing!
