I thought this would be the best place to ask this. I had a missed miscarriage which was medically treated at 13weeks. Sorry for any tmi in this post. I bleed for about a week and a half afterwards with a slightly darker discharge for about 4 days. I did my pregnancy test like they told me and got a negative. A couple days later I went to see my physio for problems with my back. He was pushing quite hard on my pelvic at some points. Later that day I noticed I was spotting not much though. It's two days after this and I'm still bleeding a little more than what I would say is spotting but not enough for anything bigger than a panty liner sized pad. Do you think this is my first period since or do you think it's just as I was moved around a lot? I thought about ringing the midwife team as they are lovely but didn't want to ask a silly question. Any input would be great. Thanks
