vicki how much is it affecting you day to day? My experience is that a MC is not something you ever 'get over' in terms of forgetting about it, but that the pain and the amount of time thinking about it lessens over time. For most people having a subsequent successful pregnancy is what puts them back on track. If circumstances prevent that then you can get stuck feeling robbed of what should have been. Have you thought about going for counselling to help you process it and find a way forward?

Try via your GP first, or contact the Miscarriage association. If you have a city accessible there are often charities that offer women counselling for these types of issues.

Hi all. I've had 2 miscarriages and I still go through a hard time. I don't know if the second loss was a miscarriage because my water broke at 15 weeks 6days...the Eve of 16 weeks. It is so hard. I have ok days most times but still it's hard. Would anyone like to talk to me?
