Had a nosebleed this morning, could it be the stress of everything?

Had a nosebleed this morning and wondering if this can be brought on by stress. I had a really bad day yesterday (something else on top of all this miscarriage stuff). I woke up in the middle of the night feeling extremely stressed with cold sweats and had a terrible nights sleep.

Feel like I should be starting to get better by now (and I am physically) but emotionally I think I'm actually getting worse!

A nosebleed could be an indicator of high blood pressure, which could result from the stress you have been experiencing.
Have you had it checked recently?

No, not had my blood pressure checked in ages. I have been stressed and haven't done any exercise for about two months so I guess that would make sense.

I need to get myself back to the gym, but I told my Zumba teacher that I was pregnant when I was about 6 weeks in case she needed to amend any of the moves for me. Feel self conscious going back to the class without the bump I'm supposed to have by now Sad

It might be a good idea to that checked then. Just to be sure.
Please don't feel self-conscious about going back to your Zumba class. It will do you the world of good to excercise, epecially something fun and sociable like Zumba. That would help with your blood pressure.
And don't feel self-conscious about your lack of bump. People will support you, not think bad of you. They will be understanding. You'd be amazed how many women have had miscarriages at some point. Myself included!
