We have to say goodbye today.

We have decided we would like to see our little one. Had lovely suggestion of asking hospital chaplain to bless baby. We are going to take a small blanket with us also.

We have so much to get through first. Am just terrified.

Thanks for your kind thoughts. It's very hard at the moment. We have had truly excellent care though for which we are so grateful. Saying goodbye was so hard, neither of us wanted to leave our tiny baby.

It must have been very hard, but I think having taken the opportunity to say goodbye properly will help you in the days and weeks to come.

I can not begin to imagine how hard saying goodbye must of been for you. I know no words will ever be enough, just please know that you are in my thoughts & I hope with each day that passes you get a little stronger x
