Can I ask a delicate question- not sure if this is the right place.
DH wants to find out about 2 sisters who his deceased mum says were stillborn/died soon after birth. Would this have been registered as births or deaths- around 1952 in Uk?

Hello. I think that if they died soon after birth, their births and deaths would have been registered in the district in which they worn born and died. If they were stillborn, I don't think the district would have any record of it and I think you would have to contact the General Register Office to obtain any records. Hope you have some luck in finding out more.
