Hello

We've had a request from the Miscarriage Association, who are carrying out a study into the needs of partners of women who have had miscarriages. Here's what they say:

'The Miscarriage Association knows that partners of women who’ve experienced pregnancy loss need support. They want to find out more about what specific help and care partners need. They are doing this to inform a forthcoming public awareness campaign, update their support materials, and to improve the way health care staff support partners during miscarriage. Please can you share the details of their Partners Too – Call For Stories with anyone you think who might be interested? If you are a partner please consider sharing your experiences. More details here.'

Thanks
MNHQ

I will send this to the MC Assoc but posting here too so we can share experiences for others going through this right now.

The most important thing that helped my husband when we had three successive miscarriages was being told that 'every third or fourth bloke you pass in the street will have been through this too'. He didnt want to talk about it. He just wanted to know he was 'normal'.
