Having a medically managed miscarriage at home here. You might have seen me posting in the past 2 weeks about finding out about a mmc at 10wks. Haven't started bleeding yet. Just a yellow jelly-like discharge. Having bad back pain. Any idea when I'll start to bleed? Bit scared and looking for some hh

I had medically managed MC though I was already bleeding (incomplete). The main bleeding/ cramps seemed to be about 6 hours after the tablet. Take some painkillers. Hope it all happens quickly for you.

I took the first tablet and started to bleed lighlty for 24hrs, I went to bed with a sore very back and a light bleed. Woke up 6 hrs later with v sore cramps. Baby arrived 30mins after this. I didnt get the second set of tablets until I was in hospital and needed to pass some more tissue. I think it might be different for everyone.
So sorry that you are going through this. Do you have good painkillers? And someone to hold your hand?

Thanks for responding ladies. Took the first 2 tabs at 9.30am 2nd 2 tabs at 3.30pm and due to take last 2 tabs at 9.30pm tonight. Still no sign of any bleeding. Just cramps and really sore back. My big sis came over and took my 18mo out for the day so dp and I could stay cosy and watch movies on the couch all day. Mom coming over in the morn. And I've strong painkillers and lots of choc and treats in the house so fine on that front. In a way I don't want it to start but other part of me wAnts it over with as quickly as possible!!!

Still no bleed. Rang hospital this morning and they told me to come In If nothing happening by tmrw morning. I might need a double dose. Ugh this waiting for something to happen is awful. I just want it done- also because I only took a week off work...

Omri - hope you are ok and that if you have to go to hospital you are seen quickly. Is it worth discussing an ERPC with them again if the tablets are not working for you?
Don't worry about time off work, if you need more then you'll be signed off, and pregnancy-related sick leave can't be counted against you. Put yourself first and do whatever is right to get through this bit.

Thanks bakingtins for your kind message. Was on hold for 20 mins with the hospital this morn and now waiting for midwife to call me back to discuss options... Argh the waiting around is horrible.

So midwife today booked me in for the ERPC later this week. Not before Wednesday anyway. Doctor said they'd wait a week to see if things start to happen themselves before they'd give me a double dose..... Anyone on this thread have it before? How did you feel afterwards? :/
