Is the start of another MC? - very worried and hand holding needed

I had an MC in early March, and then a positive PG test 11 days ago. Should be 7+4 based on ovulation. Have also used the clearblue tests with conception indicator, showed 2-3 weeks last Wednesday, but still 2-3 weeks today. Last test was evening, and this one was first thing in the morning, so really expected to see an increase. I called the epu, but they said they weren't sure how accurate the tests were, and suggested a blood test at my gps. Booked in tomorrow at 9am.

I'm obviously very worried that this is the first sign of another mc. I have a healthy 2 year old dd with no previous history of mc, so don't understand what is happening now. Am I just unlucky now, or was she a fluke?

No advice but didn't want to read and run, hope everything works out and everything is fine xxxx

Just wanted to add that the clearblue conception indicators are really not that accurate... although they claim 92% accuracy, I remember looking into it in more detail a few years ago and it was least accurate for the 2-3 weeks reading (around 79% from memory).

I've just had a quick google and can't find the relevant stats, but I just wanted to say that not 'moving up' to the right number of weeks isn't necessarily a sign of something sinister.

Good luck and hand-holding here xxx

Thanks snickers and bookworm. Actually only 6+4, wishing myself along. 79% better than 92%, but would still feel more comfortable in the right place.

Congrats to you firefli- although clearblue tests are great sometimes you need to step away from the tests and if concerned in pain etc go to your local EPU with your mc it's understandable why your worried!
Don't count this pregnancy out without going for a scan it's still early days and they can help put mind at some ease!!!
Fingers cross for you that all will be well! X
