Goofymum - no don't mind sharing ectopic 06, MMC 13 weeks found out at my 12 week scan, had scan at 8 weeks baby fine with heartbeat, April 30th ectopic at 7 weeks - shown up on routine scan no pain no tell tell signs just wanted confirmation all was well!!!
Imagine that!!!! So all together 3 gone! But I thank God for 3 I do have my last one is only 2 and he keeps me going right now! I love being at home with him with loads of cuddles and " sowii mummy" when I burst into tears for no reason!!!!! He looks so concerned!!
Worse thing he was with us when we found out last year and at this one too!!!!! And he loves " baby" he points them out all the time!
Cute and sad at the same time! Not ready for work at all!
I also cry at night as I touch my empty belly!

Countmyblessings that is awful Sad. I have heard that they will scan you early for reassurance after a MC but I've heard so many stories like yours where they've done that, heartbeat is heard and everything's OK and then you still have a MC. I had DD1 then a MC then DD2 then another MC. They have offered to scan early next time but am wondering if it will give me false security but I suppose it will give me a headstart if things haven't progressed properly.
It's great how DCs give you the strength to carry on too. But I was gutted for DD1, aged 6, when I MC'd this time. She was getting so in to the pregnancy and wants to be a midwife when she grows up.

Soo sorry you have had to go through another MC it's just awful
Losing a baby wether its through ectopic or MC/ MMC, or the other horrible ways that you start being pregnant but the outcome is no baby at the end of it!!!!
Just needed to say ect - 06, MMC -April 11 and another ect in April 12!
Maybe I should avoid getting pregnant in march!
Im so sorry that you lil one had to deal with the loss also!
My dd17 was totally gutted as she really understands what has happened as she studied child loss on her college course!

There is no rhyme or reason is there. I don't know why I miscarried at 10.5 weeks to the day for both miscarriages, probably just coincidence. I ask myself why my body clung on to my baby when it had obviously died weeks ago. The first MC I never had any symptoms whereas I was very very sick for my DD1. So for my first MC I did worry something was wrong (apparently the baby had died at 5 weeks but my body didn't catch up for another 5.5). The 2nd MC my sickness was strong but then suddenly stopped at just after 8 weeks and I started to worry then and for this one they couldn't even find a baby but the hormone levels were correct for my dates. I know it's not healthy to keep wondering why but is very hard not to ask questions. Even my poor DH asked if it was because he made something for dinner that contained unpasteurised cheese, bless him.
I am feeling strong today. Took my 2 DDs shopping and we had a singalong to ladyGaGa in the car, had a big spend up and then had tea, milkshakes and cakes. Feel as though I've turned a corner. Hope you're feeling a bit better too.
