How long to wait and what was ur first period like after miscarriage waiting for mine

Had miscarriage 1st jan and now waiting for first period I've heard that it can be as bad as miscarriage and worried how I'm going to feel when it comes. Hopin that someone can tell me how long they waited for it to come and what it was like

well i will tell you mine was fine i lost mine all between 5-8 weeks it came a bit late one of mine was 6 weeks after my mc. i was just a bit heavy the 1st couple of days it was just the emotional side that effected me most knowing that i was back to monthlys :(

I mc at 8 weeks, mine took 6 weeks to return too. It was heavier- more 'proper' blood, darker iyswim, and heavy straight away- and took me completely by surprise, no PMT. Came on over night and ruined PJ bottoms and our sheet, and we still have a faint stain on our mattress . Conceived DS that cycle though :)

Mine came about 6 weeks after both my mmc and mc. Did not think that it was any worse than normal. I don't tend to have bad periods as a rule

Mine was 5.5 weeks after the ERPC and was much lighter than normal and continued to be lighter than normal. I did get more pain but the Dr thought that was more due to no longer being on the pill. It was a happy day as I felt like it confirmed my body was working again!!

I didn't wait for my period to come, i started trying again straight after bleeding had stopped. He is 2 years old now. Good luck

After my first mmc in Aug last yr it took 6 weeks and was a little heavier than normal but was bearable. It was emotional as i kind of felt thats it its definitely the end of my pregnancy, but was also optimistic to try again.

I mmc again on Jan 3rd and am now too waiting for my period.

Same as arena. Didn't get another period - tried straight away and got pregnant again. Test showed positive 5 weeks after mc.

She is nearly 2 :)
