pregnanacy test taking longer to show up. is it a miscarriage?

I AM 6 WEEKS PREGNANT. I HAVE BEEN BLEEDING MAINLY BROWN BLOOD FOR A FEW DAYS AND CB DIGITAL TEST SHOWED 3 WEEKS PLUS, THE DAY BEFORE BLEEDING AND CRAMPS STARTED.RESULT CAME UP WITHIN 1.5 MINUTES. ANOTHER TEST SAID THE SAME THIS AFTERNOON BUT TOOK NEARLY 3 MINUTES TO SHOW RESULT. DOES THIS MEAN I AM PROBABLY MISCARRYING AS HORMONE LEVELS ARE DROPPING AND NOT BEING DETECTED AS QUICK?

Not necesarily, in early pregnancy your hormones rise and drop quite a lot. It says so on the test instructions. Maybe you should go to the EPU (early pregnancy unit) tomorrow and ask for a scan, then they will be able to tell you if everything is okay. At least you will know either way. Good luck. x
