had scan last tues at 7wks and no hb.....rescan tues....terrified!

My lmp was 9th aug and going by that i am 9wks tues but i know that def ov'd wk later. Early scan on 20th sept showed 5wk sac. Ten days later yolk sac and weeny fetal pole then last tues at 7wks by scan dates bigger yolk sac but no hb......they doing a definitive scan tues to diagnose if pregnancy failed.....i just cant help hoping thay my baby is hiding or just was little further behind dates wise.....am i being ridiculous? Anyone have any similar experiences good or bad to share? Im terrified its all over for this little baby. I still feel preg. Lots of nausea etc. Had mmc in 09 which didnt naturally expel and was picked up at 12wk scan.....v traumatic but tells me my body doesnt like saying goodbye so need to consider d&c.....

So sorry for what you are going through - the waiting and not knowing is the worst bit. There is still hope although I imagine based on the 1st scan by now they would definitely expect to see a heartbeat by now so it isn't looking good. I am hoping you do get good news on Tuesday but if you don't the erpc is really nothing to worry about as it really is a minor operation. Good luck on Tuesday.

I am sorry you are going through this. I have hads lots of early scans and all have been able to pick up hb from 6 weeks. I will keep my fingers crossed for you anyway.

So sorry you're going through this,I had some bleeding at 8 weeks and had a scan that showed no hb,they made me an appointment to be re scanned which is tomorrow morning..we went home but I had a lot of pain and I believe I passed 'everything' so I know there wont be anything to see tomorrow but I feel for you still having a little bit of hope.
