Anyone know of links between CFS / ME and miscarriage???

I'm probably freaking out a bit here, so bear with me.

I was diagnosed with CFS / ME earlier this year, though the doctor thought I had had symptoms for the best part of 10 years. I had a miscarriage recently at 10.5 weeks, having found from a scan at 9 weeks that the baby was very much too small for the dates. I already have 2 DDs, and am keen to try again once AF returns.

I have started wondering if the mc could be linked to CFS? I doubt my GP would know about this - he is fantastic, but not a specialist in either field! I have briefly looked at some information about reproductive immunology (which scared me to death - must stop googling), but would be interested to hear if anyone has any direct experience of this with regard to CFS (or been told it has no bearing at all).

Hi Catsycat

I know this is from last year but I was wondering if you managed to have another succesful pregnancy since you posted as I have M.e and have recently suffered a miscarriage. I am worried it has something to do with my m.e and that I will never be able to have a baby.

Sorry for your loss
