very early miscarriage but not much blood?

Has anyone had this? Had a very early miscarriage/chemical pregnancy- 5/6 weeks ish.
Cramps were very painful and blood is quite clotted but only bled for 2 days. Had spotting for days before and now more spotting but i don't even need to wear a pad. No more than my usual periods which are light anyway.

Has anyone else had this? Shoudl I be concerned? Thanks

hi sorry late post-have you been to the gp or the a&e i think you should just incase! Miscarriage at any time is awful!
Look after yourself please - take it easy and i hope you have support!

Thanks mama, yes I went to hospital, they were lovely and said it should just be like a period but its actually lighter, but going on for longer.
I am sure its normal.
