5 weeks pregnant with Period Pain, Am I miscarriaging again?

I have 1 DD, I had a MC in January, found out on Thursday I am pregnant again!! Really delighted but I am worrying about everything!!

I have had period pains for days, which are quite bad for me but not overly painfull!! I do remember vaguely having them with my 1st pregnancy but I can not remember to what extent! I have not had any bleeding or spotting!

Please can anyone put my mind at rest?xx

I had period type pains for about 3-4 months with ALL of my 3 pregnancies.

Please try not to worry-easier said than done i know!

i had them this time (am about 10 weeks now with 2nd baby) at about 6 weeks ish for about 2 weeks i think and they were really uncomfortable, i was a bit worried i might see some bleeding as they were so painful but everything was fine. paracetamol helped a bit and eventually they went away, i think they might be stretching pains?

Thanks, I am sure I had it with my DD but my memory is telling me it wasn't this bad/long, but I do remember it with my recent MC!! I know I will worry about everything but helps to know that it can happen with a successfully pregnancy!! Fingers crossed!xxx

Hope everything goes the right way for you both too!! My sister had IVF & got it aswell was told by 1 Midwife it was a good sign as the uterus is changing to accomodate the baby!!! God I hope so!!xx
