Desperatley want things to get back to normal so we can start TTC again!

I started M/C on the 13th of Jan, and was confirmed on the 19th following a scan that there was still a bit left to come out. 13 days since it started, I'm still bleeding and it's driving me up the wall! Emotionally,I think I'm OK so DH & I agreed that we would start TTC straight away (unless theres any medical reason not to apart from dating), but it's obvious that this M/C is still not over and it's wasting precious time (took 3 years for 1st pg/mc and a further 9 months for this pg/mc). I've seen several posts on here about ladies who have gotten PG without even having a proper period and have heard the rumours that you are most fertile after a M/C etc etc and I still feel in limbo and my body is just teasing me! Grrrrrr - anyone else feeling slightly frustrated and want to get going again?

Yep! So very Frustrated!!! I understand the overwhelming desire to ttc straight away, I mc late dec and have been wanting to ttc ever since.

I bled heavily for just over a week but continued to light bleed for another week or so after that. The bleeding finally stopped and a day later my dh had to go away with work! He's been gone over a week and isn't back till the weekend! ....I can hardly do it on my own!

I'm sure by the time he's home well have missed this opportunity. It's so frustrating!

I am exactly the same. Really want to get started again but only had ERPC last week.

I have feelings of excitement at TTCing again along with total fear that it will happen again (this was my second MC). Also wondering whether I should leave it until after first period because I needed the ERPC rather than having a natural MC. And am also wondering whether I should wait til I have some MC investigations done. I waited 6 months after last MC and it took 8 months to get PG again so waiting obviously made feck all difference before!

But, overwhelmingly, I JUST WANT TO GET STARTED AGAIN!!!!!

Decaf I feel for you! You were very patient waiting 6 months! I agree, no point....although i didn't have an erpc

I don't know much about tests but i suppose if you want to know if its a problem with your being able to carry full term it's a good idea. Are tests after 2 mc likley? I can understand you wanting to wait for these, but no less frustating!

I'm peeing on an ovualtion test stick daily so i know if i've missed it when dh is home..... i think thats slightly disturbing! :)

i know exactly how you feel i had mc last week....my dh lives in wolves and i in bristol so i wont be seeing him till friday....but bleeding has stopped tday so hopefully it will happen this month......my birthday today and am going away for the weekend.....i hope the bleeding stops for you soon sweetie and you can jump back onto the band waggon :) lots of hugs xxxxx
