Emotionally loosing a baby at any stage is awful and very personal to the mother.
I am aiming to just change the terminology used as there are some very physical differences in the second trimester. You have contractions, and your baby can come into the world alive and independent.
Staff use the same terminology which does not help prepare women for this traumatic event. It certainly does not help afterwards either wether your baby was still born, was living.
