i dont know what is happening can anyone help

i had a epu scan yesterday they did an internal scan they could not see anything no sac or baby but did say it could be cause im really early altho my hormone levels were 274 which is quite low and they said it could be one of three thing 1 im just bleeding threw pregnancy 2 i have had an early mc and baby is gone im just shredding after blood as my lining was still 7mm or im still misscarrying now this all started cause im around 4 to 6 weeks pregnant and on sunday i started bleeding and i have had a previous miscarrage 6 years ago at 13 weeks it was horrific i dont know what is going on i passed a clot monday morning my bleeding is not heavy it is less than a period i do ache but im not in pain im so inconsolable has anyone been threw the same thing and can you narrow down my 3 answers please

annmariecarey, I'm so sorry that you are going through this. The uncertainty and waiting are terribly difficult to cope with IME.

I can't really help you narrow down what might be happening, as I've had various experiences which have ended in happy and unhappy outcomes.

Are you being monitored by the EPU, I'd expect them to be monitoring your hormone levels or have offered you a follow up scan.
