Where to buy micro-fibre cotton pjs?

I had my ovaries removed following cancer surgery a few years ago. This threw me straight into full-blown, no holds barred menopause. I've struggled with hot flushes ever since - they're better now than they were but still at times are a nightmare (and daymare!).

I've read that there are a couple of companies specialising in micro-fibre cotton nightwear especially for sufferers of hot flushes but I can't find any (am in England). Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

Well Microfibre is a different fibre from cotton,so that may be the problem.Would silk be a good option? Absorbs well,dries fast and is comfy in heat or cold.

Thank you hellymelly, you learn something every day. I could've sworn that the item I read said 'Microfibre cotton'.

could have been microfibre mixed with cotton possibly? Microfibre is highly absorbant,but silk is much more glamourous!
