Spots.

I'm on HRT and have had more spots now than when I was a teenager!
Just woken up to a nice cluster below my nose
Anyone else experiencing this?

I really sympathise with you, don't think you'd beleive what I have suffered with acne wise. The nose spots, generally I think are oestrogen related, depending on where they are. Sounds like it maybe related to HRT, what are you taking and how long have you been on HRT? sorry for seeming nosy.
Have used progesterone with dire results, acne wise.

It is possibly the progesterone in it- did you get PMT spots ever?
