Does anybody have any experience of long-term use of acupucturefor the menopause? I had 3 treatments 6 months ago whichstopped the hot flushes but they're now back, along with horrible mood swings and low energy. So am wondering if to go back to acupuncturist or go to doc.

Acupunc. has a goood record for menopuase but the cost might be a downer for some- most acupnc. charge around £40 a session which is a lot if you are having it weekly.

Are you against HRT?

Have you tried any other things such as diet or herbs?
