Pelvic Floor

Ok - not sure I'm in the right part of the site, and, being relatively new to Mumsnet, this may have been discussed before BUT, would anyone recommend one of those Pelvic Floor stimulators?

Have been blessed with 3 big-ish babies and rapid deliveries and pelvic floor is on the floor. Don't want to spend £60 + if they don't work.

Any recommendations?

I've never used one but think maybe I ought to after 2 big babies myself
